Associate Guide

Grace Hoelzel joined Magnolia in 2021 due to her continued interest in learning more about Montessori education from her undergraduate studies. With an associates in education p-12, and several years in childcare, she is fascinated by how the Montessori approach becomes a way of life and goes beyond the classroom environment. It allows your child to discover and learn at their own pace and gain the confidence in themselves to do so as they act as curious learners. She also has a passion for nature, which has led her to learn more about how free play outdoors deeply benefits a child’s body and mind. While being both in the classroom and outside in the aftercare program, she looks forward to being alongside the children!
