Dipali joined Magnolia in 2019 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Science from Nagpur University in India. She also holds a Montessori Primary certification from the Association of Montessori Internationale and certification in Psychology and Counseling and Business Management from India. Dipali started her teaching career sixteen years ago in a Montessori School in Ithaca, New York. She was inspired to pursue the Montessori training by observing children being independent and taking ownership of their learning in a Montessori classroom. Her daily experience of allowing children to develop at their own pace, complete tasks and master activities independently in a Montessori prepared environment, confirms her faith in Montessori Method. She firmly believes that these aspects of the Montessori experience are the foundation for the child as a lifelong learner. She also believes that children are very kind and have a natural desire for independence and that the parents and teachers can encourage and give them a rich environment for their development. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, painting, reading and spending time with her family.
The Magnolia Flower symbolizes perseverance, nobility and dignity; three values we strive to instill in our students.
