Miss Allison joined Magnolia in 2019 in the Nido Room. She has her Associate's Degree in Education (P-12) as well as extensive experience working in Early Childhood settings. Miss Allison recently finished her Montessori Infant/Toddler certification through WSMS. During her training, she conducted a year-long research project about the sensitive periods of infancy, which you can find here: https://allisongerlach16.wixsite.com/my-site.This is her third year leading the Nido classroom. She is thrilled to be a part of this community with each of you and to have the privilege to watch the children grow into the special individuals that they are destined to be.
