Michelle Blake - Lead Directress
Michelle Blake aka Mrs. Blake has been with Magnolia since inception in 2016 as a Toddler Teacher. Foremost, she has great love, compassion, patience, and respect for all children. She is a certified Montessori Infant/Toddler Directress by the American Montessori Society and she trains the assistant Directresses at Magnolia. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Certificates in Education in Early Childhood, and CPR certification. In addition, she brings has a wealth of experiences collected in professional careers in the corporate world and teaching. An American Montessori Society 2020 - 2021 Emerging Leader Fellow, she is delighted to be entering her fifth year as the Lead Toddler Directress of the Magnolia Blossoms classroom.
Camille Nesbeth - Assistant Directress
Camille joined Magnolia Montessori in 2020 and is excited to work with the little ones in the Blossom classroom. She graduated in May 2020 with a Master of Social Work degree and hopes to one day support youth and their families as a healthcare social worker. Camille has 7 years of experience with children in elementary, middle, and high schools. However, after learning a little about the Montessori approach early in her graduate studies, she has been interested in its more child-centered nature. Camille is looking forward to an awesome year and hopes to share a little light, love, and fun to the Blossom room.
Bella Maurice - Assistant Directress
Bella joined Magnolia in 2018 and is fondly known as "Miss Bella". She began working in child care over 18 years ago. She worked at the Merck School for ten years, as well as being a private nanny to three beautiful boys for ten plus years. Bella has worked with children from the toddler years all the way through early childhood. Miss. Bella lives by the mantra; "If you look at this world through a child's eyes, you can see all the beauty around us; don't loose sight of the wonder!" She a wonderful asset to Magnolia and the children adore her loving ways.
