Associate Guide

Ms. Angela has been an assistant guide at Magnolia Montessori since 2019. She earned her bachelor’s of science degree from The Art Institute of Philadelphia. Soon after graduating, she became a toddler teacher at a private school in Westfield, NJ, moving on as a nanny for over 10 years. Ms. Angela received her Montessori Assistant Guide AMS Training in 2020. Part of her interest in Montessori was through becoming a mother to her own two daughters. “I’ve always been interested in finding better ways for them to learn and it was through reading about the Montessori philosophy and how a child can learn through independence and a peaceful, calm environment that sparked my interest. Having worked with children for so long, I consider myself to be a nurturing and calm person.” Children are capable of so much and being a witness to a child learning can be one of the most rewarding gifts for an adult to see. During her free time, Ms. Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, baking, sewing and designing miniature scale dollhouses.
